Q? Do you ship out of Anchorage?

A.

We offer general and priority shipments for small packages and letters from Anchorage to Aniak. On-demand charter services out of Anchorage are also available.
If you’re interested in shipping regular freight out of Anchorage or Fairbanks to our hub stations, we recommend you contact one of the following mainline freight companies:
Northern Air Cargo
Everts Air Cargo
Lynden Air Cargo
Alaska Airlines Cargo

Q? Are you hiring pilots? Who do we contact?

When pilot positions are open and applications are being accepted, a job posting will appear on our jobs page.

Q? Do you have charter services?

A.

Yes. Rates vary depending on the aircraft. See our charter services for more information.

Q? Can you fit a car into your Casa Aircraft?

A.

Yes, but the dimensions are for smaller vehicles; 67″ high by 67″ wide.

Q? Who serves as the rural shipper for UPS or FedEX?

A.

Ryan Air has a contract with UPS only to deliver UPS parcels at our seven stations and to the villages served out of each hub.

Q? Do you carry passengers?

A.

We provide scheduled passenger flights between Anchorage and Aniak. We also have scheduled service to some villages from Aniak, Bethel, St. Mary’s, and Unalakleet. Please visit our passenger schedules page for more information.

Q? Where and how do I get a Refund?

A.

Please call the station of booking to request a refund or cancellation, or to check on the status of a refund. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process.
