Do you ship out of Anchorage?

A.

Only on-demand charter services are available out of Anchorage. We offer scheduled service out of our seven rural hubs to their regional villages. If you’re interested in shipping out of Anchorage or Fairbanks to our hub stations, we recommend you contact one of the following mainline freight companies:
Northern Air Cargo
Everts Air Cargo
Lynden Air Cargo
Alaska Airlines Cargo

Do you offer trucking services?

A.

No. We ship air cargo only. However, at our stations, we charge a small fee for local freight delivery.

Yes. Rates vary depending on the aircraft. See our charter services for more information.

Can you fit a car into your Casa Aircraft?

Yes, but the dimensions are for smaller vehicles; 67" high by 67" wide.

Who serves as the rural shipper for UPS or FedEX?

A.

Ryan Air has a contract with UPS only to deliver UPS parcels at our seven stations and to the villages served out of each hub.

Do you carry passengers??

A.

Passenger charter service is available. Ryan Air also has schedules passenger service to some villages out of Aniak. Please call 907.562.2227 for more information.

Where and how do I get a Refund?

A.

All refunds are processed through our Anchorage Accounting Department. Call 907.771.2310 to request a refund.
